CNAS recognizes personnel requirements in the field of electromagnetic compatibility

CNAS recognizes the following requirements for personnel in the field of electromagnetic compatibility:

1. Personnel engaged in laboratory activities are not allowed to engage in similar laboratory activities in other laboratories of the same type.

2. Personnel involved in electromagnetic compatibility testing should have corresponding basic theories and professional knowledge of electromagnetic compatibility, as well as relevant practical experience. They should have a college degree or above in electromagnetic compatibility related majors; If the educational background or major does not meet the requirements, there should be at least 10 years of relevant testing experience. Testing personnel should undergo necessary training and assessment in their respective fields before they can take up their positions. They should also meet the relevant requirements for personnel in special testing fields, such as medical testing.

3. The technical leader should have at least 5 years of relevant testing technology work experience in addition to the requirements of the testing personnel.

4. On the basis of the requirements of the testing personnel, the authorized signatory should also have a technical title of intermediate or above (including intermediate) in the relevant profession or equivalent ability, and have been engaged in testing work in the relevant field for at least 5 years, and be familiar with the standards within the scope of the authorized signature and all relevant accreditation requirements of CNAS.

Note: "Equivalent ability" refers to the following conditions that must be met:

a) After graduating from college, have been engaged in professional technical work for 8 years or more;

b) Bachelor's degree holder, with at least 5 years of experience in a related field;

c) Master's degree or above (inclusive), with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience;

d) Doctoral degree or above (inclusive), with at least 1 year of relevant professional experience.
